The tribunal interview lasted an hour and was like the Spanish inquisition. The decision was unanimous, they decided that I am disabled after all and all benefits have been re instated. Relief is an understatement. Thank you all so much for your support.

Thank goodness it is over and a sensible decision made. I do wonder how much the Tribunal cost though. Wouldn't it be better to pay someone to READ the information you had sent in?

So very, very pleased for you Jan - absolutely the right decision, but what a shame you had to go through all that stress and anxiety.

Take Care,

Kathleen x

So pleased Jan. But it makes my blood boil the hoops we have to - metaphorically and emotionally - jump through. I wish I could put all these people in a room and bash their heads together Mad

Warmest wishes, Ann
